Terms of payment and supply

1. Each order takes place due to these terms and conditions.

2. an order is only valid, when the orderer has accepted our order-confirmation

3. All orders are shipped from 4852 Rothrist, Switzerland and the orderer accepts the shipping costs and transit risk. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, items out of stock are placed on backorder, and are supplied under separate cover when available.

4. Orders are invoiced at the currently valid prices as per price list on our homepage. Postage and packing costs are charged for separately.

5. Complaints are considered only within 30 days after receipt of the commodity.

6. Goods which have been wrongly ordered, have to be sent back in the original packing. We will make a voucher for the value of the goods minus 10% for rehandling costs. The customer has to pay for the return postage.

7. Payment: In advance to our bank account. In special cases with an invoice which has to be payed within 10 days. We do not accept credit cards (VISA/Master/others). Goods remain the property of keiro.ch untill full payment is received
